About Lisa Kahale

Hi, Lisa Kahale (ka-HAH-leh) here. I am awake and awakening further.  And I'm pretty sure this is not what you think it is. There is a lot of mystery and disinformation around awakening/enlightenment and my idea is that the more we get clear about it the better; the more awakened ones the better. My own, after years of seeking, was sudden and explosive, rocking me over and over again for many months. It began with the immediate realization of the absolute oneness and seamless inseparability of all and that there is no separate "me", no self, ever in existence or even possible. And this experiencing continues to deepen and expand into an ever more natural and easy way of being. Such is awakening: a constantly enlarging and previously unimaginable territory; never a destination.
